Bollfilter have selected a complete ERP system from De Facto, which will include all standard features as well as De Facto Business Intelligence and CRM; this will replace their current Sage Line 200 software.

Bollfilter have selected De Facto ERP in order to streamline their business processes and ultimately, save them time on, what were, lengthy tasks. A major challenge that the system needed to meet was the ability to produce complex customer quotations and proposals for Bollfilter’s customers and prospects, with reports required to be able to handle data such as product specifications, images, diagrams and data sheets – a process that currently entails lengthy manual data entry.

The implementation of De Facto ERP will commence at the start of January 2013 and the project is expected to go live mid-year.
